This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) outlines how KeshvaCredit Services Private Limited and its affiliates, successors, and assigns (“KeshvaCredit,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information. This Policy applies to our website www.KeshvaCredit.com and the KeshvaCredit mobile application (together, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User,” “You,” “Your”) consent to the terms of this Policy, including how We collect and use your data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, IT Rules 2011, and relevant RBI guidelines. If you disagree with any terms in this Policy, please do not use the Platform.

This Company is a loan marketplace and does not directly provide loans. We only suggest RBI-registered NBFCs and banks as per user eligibility.

1. Scope and Application

This Policy applies to Users who visit, access, or transact through the Platform. It excludes third-party websites and apps linked to the Platform, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

2. Services We Provide

a. Credit Reports

• Data Collected: Your name, address, email, mobile number, PAN, gender, age, and date of birth.
• Purpose: To obtain your credit report from credit bureaus with your explicit consent and offer insights into your financial health.
• Sharing: We do not share your credit report with any third party.

b. Loans and Credit Cards

• Partnerships: We connect Users with our Lending Partners (banks, NBFCs).
• Data Collected: Information such as Aadhaar, salary details, employment history, KYC documents, and banking information is collected with your consent for loan and credit card application processing.
• Sharing: We share necessary data with Lending Partners to facilitate your loan or credit card application.

c. Marketing and Promotional Campaigns

By using the Platform and furnishing information about the Services, You hereby agree that You are interested in acquiring knowledge of and availing various products, services, offers, or campaigns that KeshvaCredit displays on its Platform, including but not limited to pre-approved loan and credit card offers provided by Our Lending Partners.

You, while providing information, expressly consent to Us (including Our IVR, third-party marketing channels, and network of Lending Partners) contacting and communicating with You through SMS, call, e-mail, WhatsApp, and/or other modes of communication and conducting follow-up calls in relation to the Services, i.e., for imparting credit product and Services knowledge, informing about promotional offers running on the Platform, and various other offers as provided by Our Lending Partners with respect to their products and services.

• Information that We Collect: Information collected as detailed under Clause 1(b) and employment-related information as mentioned under Clause 2(b) shall be collected/utilized to provide Services enlisted in this Clause.
• Sharing of Information: We share Your information with third parties and a network of Lending Partners to enable them to contact You in relation to the marketing and promotional campaigns as detailed under this Clause 3.

d. Customer Support

• Data Collected: Information you provide during interactions with customer service, including recorded calls.
• Purpose: To enhance our services and address your concerns.

3. Cookies

We use cookies to identify users, enhance user experience, and show relevant advertisements. You can disable cookies, though this may limit the functionality of the Platform.

4. Your Rights

• Right to Deny or Withdraw Consent: You can refuse to provide data or withdraw your consent for data collection and use. However, this may affect our ability to provide services to you.
• Right to Be Forgotten: You can request the deletion of your data unless We are legally required to retain it.
